Returns & Refund Policy

We strive to provide fresh and high-quality floral arrangements to our customers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to offer a return or refund under the following conditions:

Conditions for Refund

​

  • In the rare event that your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

  • To be eligible for a refund, photographs of the damaged or incorrect items may be required for our records.

​

Some reasons for issuing a full or partial refund may include:

  • The order was damaged in transit.

  • The order arrived after the delivery window caused by carrier delay (missed flights, delays in transit, delivered to the wrong address, etc.)

  • The order had quality issues not caused by weather delays or other events outside of our shipping partner's control.

  • The order is canceled by the customer through their FGF account before the label is printed, but the arrangement still shipped (i.e. wasn’t caught in time to stop).

  • The order could not be located after being marked delivered or was lost by the shipper while in transit.

 

Orders where the customer has incorrectly entered the shipping address and/or the package has been delayed by circumstances out of the carrier's control (weather, natural disaster, etc.) are not eligible for a refund.
 

Refund Claim Period

  • Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to make a refund claim.

​

Refund Options:

  • Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer the customer a choice of a full refund, store credit, or a replacement bouquet.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
